Upper Key Stage 2 consist of two year groups, years 5 and 6. This stage continues to build upon the foundations laid in Lower Key Stage 2 and continues to prepare the children for High School
At the end of year 6, pupils aged 11 will take SATs covering English and Mathematics, which are externally marked and published in the DfES performance tables, which you can access here. To see the results achieved last year, please visit our Key Stage 2 Results page.
These test will help your child's high school to understand his or her education needs and ensure they continue to get the best out of their education beyond year 6
